SeaPort-e is the Navy’s electronic platform for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management in 7 geographic zones. E-Logic, Inc. is a Small Business Administration (SBA) certified Disadvantaged, Minority-Owned, HUBZone Business headquartered in Washington, D.C. Since 2007, our company has provided Information Technology System Maintenance, Managed Support Services, and Equipment to Federal, Local and State customers such as the Department of State (DoS), Department of Defense (DoD), and the Unites States Marine Corps (USMC). Under the SeaPort-e contract vehicle, E-Logic, Inc. is capable of providing the following functional areas:

 

3.6 Software Engineering, Development, Programming, and Network Support

Since 2007, E-Logic, Inc. has been working with our customers to understand their needs and to provide recommendations that minimize costs and increase the product value. This value is seen through our Software Engineering, Development, Programming, and Network Support services. These services, provided by E-Logic, Inc. as the prime contractor, involve developing and maintaining software systems that behave reliably and efficiently, are affordable to develop and maintain, and satisfy all the requirements that customers have defined for them. E-Logic, Inc. understands the importance of these services because of the impact of large expensive software systems and the role of software in safety-critical applications.

3.12 Information System (IS) Development, Information Assurance (IA), and Information Technology (IT) Support

E-Logic, Inc. has proven experience in the information technology and communications arenas of Information System (IS) Development, Information Assurance (IA), and Information Technology (IT) Support within the Zone 2 National Capital region, throughout the CONUS and OCONUS. Our past performance includes, but is not limited to, installation, integration, implementation, deployment, design, development, testing, quality assurance training, documenting, modification, maintenance and support. E-Logic, Inc. has developed complete systems from infrastructure design to end user training after implementation and analyzed existing IT/IS databases, websites and IT applications. Our capabilities extend further to providing assessments and recommendations to improve infrastructures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

3.16 Logistics Support

E-Logic, Inc. technical expertise and past performance in Logistics Support include a broach range of management, professional services, logistics and supply chain management. As a prime contractors, our experience includes by is not limited to providing multi-discipline solutions required to implement acquisition logistics associated with the design, development, test, production, dueling, sustainment, and improvement modifications of cost effective systems. Our logistics support services has been performed throughout the CONUS, including the Zone 2 National Capital region, and OCONUS. We have two service locations in Herndon, VA and Miami, FL dedicated to logistic, consolidation and delivery services.

Quality Assurance

E-Logic, Inc. delivers quality customer service. Each Project Manager is responsible for keeping track and completing each project on time. There are internal triggers that automatically monitor performance, measuring the deliverables and producing reports to maintain transparency with customers. In order to ensure customer satisfaction and efficiency on deliverables, E-Logic, Inc. has implemented a Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) which not only track the performance objectives of the project, but also provides the performance threshold levels in which the company as maintained a track record of success in quality assurance. Further, E-Logic, Inc. includes a penalty system .
