E-Logic provided a digital upgrade of the audio/visual system for (16) training classrooms located at Surface Warfare Medical Institute (SWMI), Building 14, Balboa Medical Center, San Diego, CA. This effort was led by our Senior A/V Design Engineer, Ali Pacheco. Ali, designed, installed and programmed the Crestron-based A/V solution to the satisfaction of the end-user.
The presentation system was fully integrated into the classroom that allows instructors to present course curriculum to students during a course of instruction.
The presentation system supports the Independent Duty Corpsmen (IDC) training and several other training courses with approximately 200 students enrolled in these programs and engaged with training at one time. The instruction in these classrooms consists of 40-60 hours a week of classroom instruction with up to 7 classes in a calendar year.
