Our company is currently in the process of establishing itself in the federal government and SLED verticals. DESCRIPTION:
The Lead IT Recruiter is responsible for conducting market research, understanding market trends, implementing competitive intelligence related to acquisition of talent, defining wage and salary thresholds, recruitment, selection and hiring process of candidates to meet organization and customer staffing requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of IT recruitment experience in DC metro area
  • IT recruitment for federal government (some positions require Public Trust, Secret and Top Secret Clearance) and SLED customers
  • Strong Ms. Excel skills

DUTIES & RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Work alongside with our business development team to identify candidate requirements for active federal government and SLED solicitations.
  • Ongoing – identify open positions in active contracts to be filled with determined deadlines set by customer
  • Utilizes outside of the box strategies to identify qualified candidates for hard to fill openings.
  • Creates and places employment advertisement on websites, social media, etc.
  • Interviews, screens and evaluates external and internal candidates for job openings to identify applicants who fully meet the position requirements of posted requisitions and refers them to the project manager for consideration.
  • Negotiates and extends offers on behalf of E-Logic.
  • Ensures all phases of the recruiting process are conducted in accordance with E-Logic’s Ethics, Legal and Human Resources policies.
  • Build a pipeline of candidates/resumes
  • Runs queries of automated system and provides information to project manager and business development as requested.
  • Coordinates and participates in job fairs.
  • Maintains a high level of confidentiality in all tasks.
  • Participates in special projects as required.
