Warranty Service Provider

As a Value-Added Reseller (VAR)., E-Logic is responsible for the procurement and acquisition of hardware and software. All equipment delivered outside of the United States (U.S.) results in limitations of the standard manufacturer warranty. As a result, E-Logic developed its own SLA in order to minimize downtime for our customers.

E-Logic personnel act as Warranty service providers for our customers. E-logic provides Warranty services onsite or remote.

E-logic has partnered with the top brands in the Information Technology industry such as:

Cisco, APC, Avamar, Quantum Scalar, Microsoft, Shavlik, HP, and VCE. The batches include but are not limited to hardware, software, cables, workstations, battery packs, servers, wall mounts, antennas, switches and routers

E-Logic has capability to provide third party maintenance which includes providing customer with unlimited telephone and remote support, preventive maintenance visits, standardization of all firmware, staff training, emergency response service, and on-site support service. E-Logic is an authorized partner of all the major IT hardware/software brands.  All products from E-logic will be covered under a warranty with options of extended warranty available. Utilizing our partnership we are able to facilitate any claims between our customer and the manufacturer. E-logic’s warranty support assures that our customer will experience little to no downtime to their systems or infrastructure.

E-Logic has successfully engaged in warranty service support contract the in countries such as Haiti, Guatemala, and Honduras. In Haiti, E-Logic is currently delivering 3 year warranty support contract for equipment such as Desktop PCs, laptops, Cisco networking equipment, UPS, and Vxrail systems. All E-Logic’s warranty service support are provided with preventative maintenance through new technology recommendations and asset management software.

  • Onsite Repair, all materials and parts included
  • Ongoing webinars and training materials for equipment purchased through us.  The objective is to improve customer satisfaction of the product and to enable better use of equipment
